Delivery

1. We will normally send your order to you in 3 business days.
2. A mobile telephone number will be required as the courier will send you a text with your delivery window slot.
3. If the courier has attempted to deliver your item and has left a card, you must contact the couriers direct. After two failed attempts additional costs of £10.00 are involved, which will be charged to the buyer.
4. If the delivery is refused for any reason then you will be liable both for the original delivery and the subsequent returns cost of £10.00.
5. If we have had an item returned due to non communication on your part, incorrect/incomplete address, you will be responsible for both the original delivery and the subsequent return costs.
6. If you want the parcel to be left in a safe place, you must inform us prior to dispatch. If the customer has the parcel left without a signature, then Boquhan Estates Ltd will not be responsible for any parcels that are subsequently missing.

Standard delivery is a flat-rate fee of £6.50 to most postcodes excepting those below. Saturday delivery is an additional £3.00.
