Returns Policy

Should you find on arrival that your product is the wrong size or that you simply no longer wish the item, we offer a 14 day exchange policy.

Condition of Return

1. The item must be in a new, re-saleable condition for us to accept the item back.
2. The item may be returned for either exchange or refund within 7 days.
3. Where appropriate the item must not have been worn other than for size.
4. We will not accept items back in anything other than the condition they were received, even if subsequently cleaned.
5. Items must include the original packaging and swing tickets.
6. The cost of returning the item is your responsibility
7. We will not accept responsibility for goods lost in transit, so please use recorded delivery.
8. Please include the postage of the returning item of £6.50
9. Please include your name, address & contact number when returning goods - common sense but a surprising number of people forget!
10. Send goods with a copy of your receipt to the following address:

11. Sale goods are non-returnable.
12. Please note this web site is not controlled. If your item is not in stock we will contact you with an alternative if possible or the option to cancel your order.

Faulty Goods

1. Should you receive any faulty items please phone and let us know as soon as possible. In this event we will happily replace the goods.
2. Should the fault lie with the manufacturer it will be returned to them quickly for assessment and will be dealt with promptly. In some cases this may take up to 4 weeks.
